Job Description
Should have handled entire talent acquisition activity across regions and levels with strong hands on experience in screening profiles, coordinating recruitment process, issuing offer letter and subsequent follow up until joining. Good understanding on recruitment matrix, resource planning reports, and recruitment MIS.Should have actively involved in induction and on-boarding process. Must have handled HR processes like confirmation, termination, performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, exit and relieving formalities.Thorough understanding of employee ESI/ PF and other statutory requirements.Proficient in preparing dashboards and reports in all aspects of HR.
