Recruitment - Ensure factory and offices are fully staffed as per budgeted and approved manpower planAll Corporate HR related work designing to implementation of corporate HR Work with Business / Function Heads to plan HR strategy for smooth functioning of all departments in the organization.Proactively plan and suggest management for new strategy to attract, recruit and retain diverse talent pool.Due Diligence for recruitments / appointments Industrial - Must have relevant knowledge and experience of factory laws and compliancesPersonally take responsibility for all factory audits as per Factory laws by buyer or their nominated agencies and renewal of those certification in time.Ensure all statutory compliance in time.Timely submissions of Reports.
