By Time Study determining capacity of operators (workers) and planning improvement.Preparing workers skill matrix and monitoring production.Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE related reports.Maintain liaison with planning & IE for productivity improvement and input.Ensure the instructions of the Industrial Engineering Department.Need experience on IE to Calculate SMV, Consumption.Production Break Down.SMV calculation.Line lay out.Cycle Checking.
