Job Description

Carryout process improvement projects (like productivity improvement, quality improvement, waste reduction etc in the allocated unit
Select the project in consultation with factory management team
Plan project methodology and form project team accordingly
Train project team on the project methodology and various tools to be used in the project
Guide the project team while executing the project
Ensure achievement of targeted result, chalk out sustenance plan and hand over the project to factory team
Deliver other technical training as and when required.
