Job Description

Co-ordination with chain :
Finalization of trade terms in coordination with our senior Management, commercial department & Legal Dept..
Evaluate feasibility analysis before finalizing MOU/Agreement.
Negotiating for better space.
Preparing CRF for internal purpose.
Ensure commercial agreement renewals, in case of area changes, promotional participation, SOH, or any commercial changes.
Coordinating with operations team for feasibility report of new stores, in consultation with seniors negotiating M Gs (if applicable)
Initiating counter closing for non-performing stores. Coordinating with chains for closure as per MOU.
Coordinating with chain for opening SIS at potential stores and follow-up for SIS execution with project team.
Relentless follow-ups for POs.
Range plan / product presentation with the retailers at the beginning every of season.
Article updation every season.
Addressing day to day quires.
Based on feasibility and with due approval finalizing and Executing NDVs.
Annual business plan, Targets, Achievement& EBITA:
Preparation of annual business Plan for each chain wise, door wise on the basis of past performance.
Monitoring Weekly & Monthly Sales Target v/s Achievement
Analyzing Impact of Promotions / Discount Offers on Sale & Mark Downs.
Analyzing Chain wise EBITA.
Supply Chain, Inventory Control & Sale Through
Co-ordination with Category Team & merchandise team for New Season planning and supply of the merchandise to the stores.Giving feedback to Category Team for Range Planning.
Suggesting merchandisers Option Plan and base stock plan for assigned stores and NDVs as per the store location, sale, demographics etc.
Resolving the queries related to Merchandise inward & outward.
Arranging waybills from the retailer where so ever required.
Tracking of stock V/s Sales. Analyzing stock & sell thru for maximum fresh season clearance.
