Job Description
Orientate, develop and supervise of all supervisory/housekeeping/ Security staff under span of control. Ensuring and monitoring the safety and maintenance of Factory properties, premises, and smooth running of canteen and pantry management.in accordance with company standards. Help in compliance (social & statutory)Guiding the Security supervisors at main gate, despatch in/out for day-to-day cases with respect to descripencies in challans/bills.Providing amicable solutions to the grievances of staff w.r.t. Security, parking & checking.Liaison with government / semi govt. authorities /local bodies.Maintain and support facility goals and objectives as they relate to third party patient survey process as soon as compliance.Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate with members of other departments to coordinate housekeeping / Security activities.To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
