Job Description
To oversee and co-ordinate the successful deployment of Risk Management & Compliance activities.Responsible for handling, renewal, extension, invocation, etc. of Bank Guarantee.Draft and review legal contracts and agreements involving the organization & providing legal opinion on legal content of contracts before formalization to ensure their legal validity.Maintaining internal legal MIS for litigation and other compliance.Provide day to day legal support and experience of handling corporate, commercial laws etc.Experience of drafting all kinds of Deeds, Notices, Agreements, etc.Candidates should be able to research and provide views on the legal matters.Responsible for proper management of the documents and contracts.Managing compliance under various labor, company and other related laws.Responsible for negotiation, drafting, vetting, execution, coding, filing, etc. of commercial contracts.
