Job Description

Design, develop and roll out our own e-commerce portal promoting online sales for premium rugs.
Partner with e-commerce websites to enlist our premium range of rugs on their websites.
Accountable for online price, promotions & stock management.
Apply best practices that result in customer acquisition, loyalty & retention and growth.
Interfacing with technology teams & design teams on all operational, technical and execution related work.
Accountable for adherence to all business & statutory compliance pertaining to online business.
Handle seller panel for each vendor for orders, invoicing etc
Updating inventory, warehouse details, new sku's in seller panel
Allocate purchase orders & AWB to respective depot for delivery as per delivery dates
Ensuring availability of raw materials for dispatches in all depots
Coordinate with admin to raise po for raw materials required for respective depots.
Supporting business development and thought leadership/asset creation.
Design and implement digital commerce/e-commerce capabilities for our clients
Work closely with our local and offshore development teams to deliver digital commerce solutions
Critical team member in business development and strategy engagements
Drive e-commerce proposal and estimation work
Participate and drive the creation of POVs and thought leadership
