This role would bring in and implement best HR practices aimed at enhancing process efficiency, organizational effectiveness and employee morale and motivation.Aligning and deploying HR policies and systems Provide platform which engenders creativity to create encouraging work culture Establish organization structure and corporate functions Talent Acquisition Employee retentionCompensation & benefitsPerformance managementSuccession planning Learning and organization development InitiativesManpower planning and budgetingWorking closely with business unit heads in closing approved open positions within optimum cost, quality & time. Partnering with existing employees/recruitment portals/campuses/ social media websites for talent acquisition Managing end-to-end talent acquisition Strategize and initiate global internship program Improving organizational performance and morale by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks Developing and execute employee engagement activities Work with senior leadership in understanding and articulating the organizations vision and goals Supporting employees to align with the organizations goals Design employer branding strategy and its execution in conjunction with the Marketing team. Building and maintaining a strong presence on social media in line with our employee value proposition (EVP) Supporting other HR activities which will assist in the overall organizational development Developing and maintaining a positive and free work-culture
