Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control and production record systems.Applied best practice based manufacturing and management techniques to the production process.Identified opportunities for improvements to work methods by reviewing the methods and analyzing potential method design changes.Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modification and revision to operating methods.Eliminate waste through the application of LEAN practices and JIT throughout the enterprise.Used smed methodology to achieve quick changeovers and reduce the lead time.Analyzed workplace for reducing cycle time of operation.Improve the flow of product and material by decreasing cycle time and eliminating bottlenecks.Identify and eliminate the causes of downtime to increase efficiency.Responsible for increasing productivity through combined work steps, removing non value added task, adding automation, KAIZEN and development of effective work practiceMaking operation bulletin sheet and line layout.To analyze and calculate the SAM by the method of method workshop.Capacity evaluation of assembly line through time study & pitch analysis.Ensuring balancing of assembly line on the basis of pitch study.Identifying the handling time reduction methods and provide training to improve the needle down time.Averages calculation (Trims & Accessories).Conducting various kinds of trainings with quality people to learn the new scientific methods for calculating the quality cause by making cause & effect diagrams, Pareto charts, p chart. Traffic light system and creating database with analysis.
