Job Description
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive:Negotiate, draft and review property related and other commercial contracts arising out of the business operations in India.Manage litigation, brief external counsels and finalise written submissions in courts.Liaison with government and regulatory officials.Follow up and support the compliance program and the compliance software.Assist with government policy draftingGeneral budget preparation and management of expenses.Key Knowledge & Skills Required Proficiency in spoken and written English and Kannada is a must.Good knowledge of contracting principles. Experience in drafting notices, plaints, written statements, writs, commercial contracts and research on litigation and corporate legal issues. Strong research skills.Proficiency in MS Office suite.Excellent communication and drafting skills.A keen eye for detail
