Job Description

Making policy and procedure for Readymade garment marketing.
Monitoring and analyzing market & marketing trend.
Maintain the existing buyer and meet the required order of the factory.
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability..
Responsible for creating new market and opportunities for the company.
Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets.
Coordinate among the factory production unit, raw material sourcing, planning, material utilization team & other relevant team for smooth production operation.
Able to take different marketing strategy and customer base in consultation with management.
Presenting findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers
Maintain liaising with overseas buyers regularly & follow up as per their requirements independently.
To carry out any other task as assigned by management from time to time.
Experience to work with brand customer like H&M, WALMART, M&S, NEXT, ZARA, Nayomi etc.
Well conversant in English with the local & foreign customer.
Should have vast knowledge in Marketing in composite knit garment industry.
Must have ability to work as a team.
