Job Description
The main responsibility will be sourcing buyer and collect order.To maintain professional relationship between buyer, manufacturer & related all stockholders and having depth knowledge about Consumption, Costing, Fabric booking indent as marker consumption etc.Follow up to collect the PO, prepare order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion.Smooth management to prepare the order costing and price quoting with set up internal all order list also to monitor the garments sample process according to the buyer requirement.Smooth management to collect the all of garments fabric, accessories, trims and related others and to ensure buyer approval, get lab dips,To follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions, ensure smooth shipment process.Keep close communication with the production units, maintaining a very close coordination with the factory production & head office merchant team.Regular Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates Constantly guiding the sample with production teams keeping in mind the bulk production & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity.
