Job Description
Support the achievement of the company's sales target and objectives through achieving excellence in retail operationsResponsible for measurement achievement of KPI like: stock turn, conversion rates, average bill value, items per billResponsible for P&L of all boutiquesHandling with the mall developers/Landlords for smooth boutique operationsRecruitment, training, staff discipline and product securityFranchise/SIS/Corners boutiquesWork with sales execs and franchisees to achieve same set of KPIs mentioned above and increase same store growthSale collection, ensuring timely payment by the business partner and account reconciliationsDefinition and enforcement of retail standardsCustomer service levels, setting benchmarks and measurement (MSP Scores)Administrative work/coordination pertaining to the boutiques on Pan India basisEnsuring correct product range in boutiques in close coordination with boutiques managers and merchandising teamInputs in range planningFranchise boutiques work closely with franchisees to sell-in appropriate ranges for his boutiquesSupport companies campaigns via excellence and flawless nationwide executions of in-store POS and displayProvide store wise annual sales planProvide market and consumer intelligence to the management team, focusing on marketWork on store SOP/SLAs and operating manualsInsure timely reporting from the storesProvide strong leadership to the retail teamSet performance plans and review the same for the team.Incentive planningUnderstanding of sales, retail operations and brand buildingActively participate in all departmental level training & development initiatives
