Job Description
Handles a team of 4-5 auditors and conduct audits across factories in ensure the QMS process and procedures prescribed as per the QMS manual is in place and followed and implemented by all factory personnelPlanning and coordinating the quality Internal audits and ensure the findings and recommendations are rectified and implementedAppraise the senior management of quality audit findings and corrective actions taken ofArrange for quality awareness training and further refresher training as needed.Review the quality management system periodically to assess continued suitability and areas of possible improvement along with head QMSCo-ordinate and plan work of external parties such as quality consultants and ISO certification bodies.Review and track 3rd party audit external team visits to factoriesPlan and co-ordinate gap analysis exercises and provide advice on bridging the gapSupervise and direct quality section staff reporting to this position and ensure the timely and accurate completion of quality projects and tasks
