Job Description

Maintain control register against the all India and depot specific discounts schemes are announced by Management.
Understanding of announced scheme, advance preparation of target data for each sales office
Translating target data into upload format for rebates calculator application (RCA)
Mastering of discount schemes in RCA, getting approved from the approval authority for further calculation
Periodically download of master & transactional data from SAP, authenticate and upload into RCA for discount calculation
Creating schedule to calculate discounts after expiry of validity of the discount scheme
Releasing Consumer and Industrial sales office wise discount credit note in RCA and upload in the SAP upload format.
Generate discount calculation report for each sales office and circulate for depot reference
Update of control register for the discount schemes like date of creation of credit note etc
Handle sales office user queries on discount schemes and resolve issues if any
Maintaining necessary records related to discount issued from RCA for audit purpose
Provide the sales office wise, scheme wise pay-out details to product managers on periodical basis

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E or B.Tech with relevant experience of 2 to 3 years in commercial transactions
    Candidate should have work experience in raising sales invoices and credit/debit notes
    Candidate should have knowledge of SAP
    Candidate should have good communication skills & must be well versed in advanced features of MS Excel
