Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.Order generation, new buyers & capacity ManagementIn depth knowledge of the garment industry & its current trends.Strong network & PR with buying and liasion offices.Prospect for potential new buyers and turn this into increased business.Should have experience of UK/European and US marketEvaluate and execute new business opportunities while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Merchandise Managers, Buyers, Marketing etc.)Formulation of strategic planning for business growth & future developmentIdentify specific new business prospects/partners that support overarching company strategic priorities in Women's ApparelDeveloping Sales Goal & thorough knowledge of the industry & the company's competitorsConduct research to identify new market & buyers needManages multiple channel selling strategies.Participate in pricing the solution/service.Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
