Job Description
Business Development & Client Management : Overall responsibility for new business development. To keep continuous communication with Buyers/Agents and keep them updated time-to-time leading to better customer service and increased business. Product Development & Design : Plan range for the season as per the buyer specifications. Co-ordinate with design department and sampling coordinators for new product development. Scanning International markets for recent trends and products. Procurement & Execution : Product sampling, sampling feedback, vendor management & Control. Co-ordinate for sampling approvals between Factory & Buyers based on new design trends. Implement systems for ensuring right quality merchandise (product and packaging trims) clearly communicated to, and adhered by all relevant suppliers and factory. Coordinate with factory for production plan, production review, and on-line inspection. Key Account Management : Developing new products with a cross functional team to meet customers requirement. Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development. Interfacing with clients to suggest the best products & cultivating relations to develop new & repeat business.
