Job Description

Co-ordinate with China office for order follow-up and technical details of programmed orders.
Update the order sheet on regular basis with the status of order , shipment and the greige quantities.
Maintain record of L/d approvals and SS approvals and update it in system as well.
Mail the approvals on time.
Check the GSM of the shipment samples received.
Prepare the design cards for Warehouse and send them to the concerned person along with shipment samples.
Maintain and update the design registers with all the design cuttings and product and shipment details.
Assist the other team members whenever required.
