Job Description
Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates.Order Follow-up / Coordination.Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.Review and confirm Purchase Orders.Handle customers' inquiries/ requirements.Monitor and check production status.Follow up planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements.Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
