Job Description

Communicate with buyer about sampling & pre- production samples
Giving instructions & directions to sampling co-coordinator about the sampling
Updating the buyer about the sampling through e-mails
Reporting to management everyday as the process flows
Preparing season color, style & trend specific range & developing of products as per buyer requirements
Development of confirmation & mailing samples for buyers
Coordinating with the sample dept. & updating them about the changes & various approvals received from the buyers regarding the samples
Preparing of materials & leathers requirement sheet for production
Coordination with customer to bring out the quality standard what they expect
Merchandising, quality analysis, production follow-ups and price negotiation
