Job Description

This position will serve as the first line of support to the CEO.
General reception duties.
Office Management and record keeping; including preparation of accounts for Financial Manager, petty cash, processing debtors / creditors and cashbook.
Appointments and CEO diary management.
Business organization (setting up meetings, taking minutes etc.).
Social media marketing and updating (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.).
General procurement – getting quotations etc.
Travel planning and execution.
Support to CEO with client visits, fashion shows etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Be excited by fashion, and demonstrate commitment to the SANFC agenda.
Relevant tertiary education (plus 5 years professional experience).
Demonstrate proficiency with routine computer software (MS Office, office accounting etc.).
Demonstrate proficiency with social media.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
