Job Description
This position will serve as the first line of support to the CEO.General reception duties.Office Management and record keeping; including preparation of accounts for Financial Manager, petty cash, processing debtors / creditors and cashbook.Appointments and CEO diary management.Business organization (setting up meetings, taking minutes etc.).Social media marketing and updating (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.).General procurement – getting quotations etc.Travel planning and execution.Support to CEO with client visits, fashion shows etc.
