To be responsible for property inspection, appointment of new franchisees and opening of new stores across the regionTo manage the process of site selection, finished properties and ensure by thorough research that the acquisition will yield high returnsTo coordinate with the finance and legal team internally to ensure that all legal and commercial compliances are metTo be responsible for timely completion and handover of projects to the franchiseeResponsible for secondary sales, inventory management and ensuring that the profitability and financial objectives of the franchisee are metTo conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance in all areas of customer service, visual merchandising & store operationsTo monitor non-performing stores and help resolve issues that affect the stores service, efficiency and productivity.Coordinate and synchronize the marketing & VM activities to enhance consumer exposure to the brand and drive footfall.Oversee and drive customer relationship management processes and customer loyalty programs
