Job Description

Processing the payroll for approximately 600 employees, uploading the input of same in the system
and validating the same.
Collect the monthly attendance from the all site/location.
Forwarding the attendance & leave calculated information about monthly salaries to the accounts department for process.
Preparing Salary report for all location, Salary and Contribution.
Preparing the MIS Reports for all Location.
Processing Full and Final settlement for the left employees
To Prepare the PF, TDS & PT challans. Also ensure to deposit the same before the due dates.
To Fill up Income Tax, PF, ESIC returns before the due dates.
Carried out Actual investment proof collection updating and uploading for the employees.
Perquisites working (Accommodation, Car, personal loan, Education loan, etc)
Income Tax/TDS on line return activity. Collection of Investment proof, Form 16 distribution etc.
Prepare the quarterly audit data as per auditors requirement and resolve the query same.
Additional HR related activities.
The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field and the candidate must join immediately or within 15 days.
