Job Description

Drive sales and marketing activities through the sales team.
Motivate and empower the lob vice president and the entire team below.
Oversee, approve and monitor monthly sales plans to be executed by the sales team.
Create sale demand to achieve long term sales target.
Formulate and set guidelines for prioritizing production schedule based on market demand.
Evaluate activity levels of dealers of competing brands with a view to convert the better performing ones to own brand.
Monitor and evaluate performance of distributors in terms of sales, order booking & payments.
Market analyzer.
Achievement of company's total revenue target.
Margin maximization in sales network.
