Job Description

Responsible to perform all duties of day to day production activities of 95000 spindles spinning mill and 6 open end knitting machines
Ensuring smooth operation in the unit
Provide guidance, technical support and training to all departments including manufacturing, marketing and exports
Coordinate with all the departmental heads
Ensuring plant operations in most cost effective manner
Analyzing cost of production and exploring and implementing the ways of cost reduction
Explain new technology, machinery available in market to suit company's ongoing growth and expansion needs
Capable of building competent and dedicated team and maximizing profitability.
