Job Description

Develop and Implement the Strategic plan for the Product
Product Planning and execution throughout the product Lifecycle
Develop new Denim and Dyeing Fashion at Top & Bottom according to the Latest Trend and Forecasts
Liaison with buyers & suppliers to follow up the product development, sourcing & sampling. Handling all quotations, emails & documentations with suppliers & buyers.
Lab and R & D process.
Finding New Chemical & Wash Method
Implementation and Evaluation of New Industrialized Techniques
Costing and quote based on development recipe.
Record keeping for sample hit ratio, development history for each style.
Knowledge of Ozone wash and LID
Develop a good team under his guidance.
Designing different pattern.

Eligibility Criteria

5 years experience product development
Excellent command of spoken & written English.
Proficiency in MS office, Adobe Illustrator, CAD & Photoshop etc
Willing to short station &/ or travel to PRC & occasionally travel to overseas if necessary
