Job Description

Managing a team of staff including merchandisers, quality controllers, machinists and cutters
Scheduling in production on a daily basis to ensure all operatives have work allocation to be produced to time for each style, each client, each season
Maximizing capacity utilization, continuously lowering manufacturing cost and compressing lead time while meeting the stringent quality and delivery requirements of our customers
Handling ERP in production processes, generating reports and etc

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 9 to 14 years
Candidate should have excellent communication skills to motivate team and to ensure all areas have the correct information, specification sheets, and that all areas understand
Candidate should possess strong leadership traits and good interpersonal skills
Candidate should have thorough technical knowledge of all aspects of pattern, embroidery and garment manufacture, including cutting and QC
