Job Description

Managing overall production activities, preparing machine wise production plans as per requirements and conducting production meeting.
Providing cost leadership in production through better utilization, cost saving measures and reduction in wastage
Ensuring quality product delivery at different stages of manufacturing (RM, Finished Goods), initiating and coordinating with QAD team for quality improvement projects.
Ensure zero quality complaints and participating in periodic internal audits to assess the status of deployment of systems and take corrective measures for achieving organizational objectives and handling customer complaints internal & external.
Analyzing the problems and follow up with internal audits and helping the management for effective implementation of TPM, 5S, Safety and ISO procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 3 to 8 years.
    Candidate should have strong knowledge in production & quality of fine counts with 60 to 140 counts and familiar with periodical quality reports
    Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
    Sr. Production Manager : No. of Position : 10 (Age 40-50yrs)
    Spinning Master : No. of Position : 20 (Age-25-40yrs)
