Proven capabilities of handling a team of 20+ manpower on shop-floor.Proper material, manpower & machine wise production planning.Thorough knowledge of CNC, fabrication & Drilling.Preferably having numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodsProficient in computer skills like MS Office, Microsoft Outlook. Having experience on SAP will be preferable.Self-driven as well as the ability to work independently without close supervision while maintaining accountability to management.Successfully collaborating record with subordinates, team members & senior managementPrincipal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:Responsible for keeping a track of attendance, Daily Production Report, Rejection & Material PlanningResponsible for manpower planning, Manpower Handling, Material Planning, machine wise in Shift for Effective Production output & Achieving Organizational Targets.Responsible for cutting, Fitting & Assembly of Materials as per Drawing & well versed on understanding DrawingsMotivate, organize and encourage team to ensure set quality and productivity targets are met.Arranging the raw material, machined goods for fabricationCoordinating with Design Dept. for modifications in any ongoing jobs for simplification, improvisation & efficiencyResponsible to implement quality standards set by an organisation are achieved. Initiates actions to identify any non-conformance in process, solve and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to product, process and system.Good Communication Skills
