Job Description

Grey Fabric Inspection with 4 point system.
Should be responsible for loom production analysis
Coordinate in logistic department for transportation of Grey fabric to process house.
Responsible for in time fabric dispatch from Weaving Units to Process house
Send daily report of number of Looms running in different units, Total Production of the day, despatch of the day,
Grey Fabric Inspection Report
Process House (Fatepur in UP ) QA to ensure processing of fabric in time and as per plan.
Quality checking of dying and printing, colour matching, approval of processed fabrics.
Shade grouping, shade matching, making continuity card.
Inspection, production & quality MIS to management.
Fabric programs: follow up on the strike offs approval and comments.
Coordinate with QA head and Manager Fabric at HO for quality issues and readiness of fabric.
Can plan and coordinate with logistic department for timely despatch of fabrics.
Keep fabric ready to transport to Bhiwandi factory.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech (Textile), Diploma in textile Technology, Diploma in textile chemistry, Diploma in textile Engineeringwith relevant experience of 4 to 9 years.
Candidate must have worked at least 5 years in textile QC (weaving / processing )
Candidate should have deep knowledge about grey fabric at Coimbatore and dyeing and printing of fabric (Fatepur in UP ) cotton / synthetic locations
Candidate should have deep knowledge of colors and greige fabric
