ontinuously check the quality of the fiber and yarn by conducting tests on samples for thickness, strength, resistance, twist, colour, style, oil content and other imperfections.Ensure that quality standards are adhered throughout the production process.Guide other workers to comply the set standards of quality.Deal with customers on quality related issues and aim for customer delight.Inspect products & follow-up with independent QA inspections at both unit level and customer premises.100% perfection level with zero defects should be the aim for this position.Identify the root cause of issue & implement solutions in case of deviations.
