Job Description
Work on floor and specially in knitted garment Handle atleast 2000-3000 machinesResponsible for ensuring adherence to the various quality requirements of customer by developing and implementation of inspection process and methodsReviewing analytical test reports, SOPs, general test procedures their summary reportsMaintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms practices, identifying gaps taking corrective actionResponsible for in-house material testing / inspection of componentsEnsuring the implementation of quality tools like 5S and TPMResearch development monitoring the product performance and analyzing design defects to evaluate improvements in product at optimized costsMonitoring quality of the final product in compliance with quality standards and involved in waste reduction during manufacturing and reducing the percentage of rejectionKeeping track on technological and other development for improving the processes for achieving desired quality and productivity levelsAccountable for meeting consistently quality requirement of stringent customers
