Product understanding and appreciationAnalyzes, interprets and applies selling/consumer data to product briefBuilds profitable assortment plans relevant to channelWorks with regional retail teams to deliver profitable and relevant assortmentPrepare channel OTBRegion level OTBs for the season | year for the channelPrepare Initial assortment frameworkDetermine product mix by store grade, price segmentation & consumer groupPrepare assortment brief for the coming season (in consultation with the regional retail merchants) consolidate and provide the channel view to the brand merch teamSeason buying processFinal assortment & PC9 options for the channelNew store, key PSIS model stock planningTrade showPresent & sell In assortment to retail / wholesale franchisees (as applicable)Competition & consumerWalk the floor with retail / wholesale team to understand competition and consumer dynamicSell thruFacilitate front end alignment of product closer to the season, work with training and brand oresentation team for the sameTakes relevant action to maximize channel and product performance through coordination with concerned stakeholdersPlan price, promotional adjustments or PLC management at store / PSIS level
