Job Description

Product understanding and appreciation
Analyzes, interprets and applies selling/consumer data to product brief
Builds profitable assortment plans relevant to channel
Works with regional retail teams to deliver profitable and relevant assortment
Prepare channel OTB
Region level OTBs for the season | year for the channel
Prepare Initial assortment framework
Determine product mix by store grade, price segmentation & consumer group
Prepare assortment brief for the coming season (in consultation with the regional retail merchants) consolidate and provide the channel view to the brand merch team
Season buying process
Final assortment & PC9 options for the channel
New store, key PSIS model stock planning
Trade show
Present & sell In assortment to retail / wholesale franchisees (as applicable)
Competition & consumer
Walk the floor with retail / wholesale team to understand competition and consumer dynamic
Sell thru
Facilitate front end alignment of product closer to the season, work with training and brand oresentation team for the same
Takes relevant action to maximize channel and product performance through coordination with concerned stakeholders
Plan price, promotional adjustments or PLC management at store / PSIS level
