Job Description

Responsible to develop and manage business for the brand in EBO channel , pan India
Manage profitability of the EBO business in COCO , COFO , FOFO & FOCO models
Market mapping for Store roll outs , project management , fixture planning and store staff recruitment
Develop franchisee base for the Brand and should be conversant on Franchisee profitability analysis
Analyze secondary sales and stock in hand on weekly basis and plan for replenishments
Manage and develop front end staff and SM at EBO to deliver monthly and season targets
Establish SOP for customer service , VM , Store ambience & hygiene , cash collection
Coordinate with cross functional teams, especially logistics to achieve fill rates
Provide account management on monthly basis
Maintain management Information reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis
Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts
Customer promotion activation
Visiting competition stores for understanding market trends , competition
Project work depending on actual need
To participate and support for any teamwork activities
Assist all others duties as directed from superior time to time

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 8 to 12 years
    Candidate should have strong understanding in denim / casual wear market in LFS.
    Candidate should be proficient in MS Office Excel , Power Point , Word & SAP
    Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills
