Building and executing a rural marketing strategy to develop and build awareness of the brand,Drive demand and ultimately enable the business development & sales targets achievement in rural areas,Responsible for sales of product across the assigned territoryMarket research and segmentation: develop a deep understanding of the raincoat brand in local market, trends and key influencers for region and its surrounding rural areasCreating sales opportunities for product in rural areasPlan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels Build a marketing strategy: create an innovative, comprehensive, and impactful marketing strategy that incorporates local insights & best case practices and implementing sales strategies & policies in line with the company goals, field development strategies and programsDesign and execute marketing campaigns: design and execute targeted field marketing programVendor management: build and maintain strong relationships with supporting vendors agenciesAnalysis of distributor / dealer performance and contributionClose coordination with all stakeholders
