Job Description

Market research for opening new retailers based on market size & potential
Achieve distribution potential for the assigned territory / states
Achieve the sales target set for his territory on a monthly basis
Plan a permanent journey cycle (PJC) to ensure coverage/service of all the dealers in his territory
Plan a cycle of visit as per the potential of the business with the dealer
Plan a base stock of the product sold to the dealer.
Take a stock count of the inventory with the dealer on the date of visit
Work out the sellout and plan an order for the quantity required
Block prominent location to place the branding and visuals of our brands to make the customers aware of placement and new arrivals
Keep any eye of the competitors activity and report to the BM on a regular basis
