Managing existing retailers, identify & appoint new retail partners, monitor the sales network, implement strategies to achieve sales objectives and targets. Tracking collections. Managing sales promotions & incentive schemes.Responsible for the sales development of a given area and to achieve or exceed the sales targetsCultivate relationship marketing with the trade to gain their support and goodwillTo meet company guidelines on visual merchandising.Monitor retail sales to follow consumer purchase trendsCollect orders and payments due to maintain a viable relationship between the retailer and organizationMaintain a constant surveillance on competitive activities to ensure that the organization is ahead of the competition.Recording daily sales reports based on market visitsWhere necessary, visit up-country retailers to perform duties as is done in base-town on a weekly basis
