Job Description

Sales Manager will be responsible for acquisition of new business and sales management for the assigned territory / accounts.
The job involves planning and execution of sales plans
The Sales Manager –will be responsible for:
Generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company’s products and services.
Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
Ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
Ensure that all payments are collected as per the company’s payment terms.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must be post graduate with relevant experience of 5 to 7 years
    Candidate should have corporate field sales experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle
    Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    Candidate should have zeal for making a career in sales
    Candidate should be Internet savvy and should have basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
    Candidate from industries like Media, B2B Dot Com, Concept Selling etc. would be preferred
    Candidate must have strong interpersonal and networking skills
    Candidate should be a team player who can integrate with the sales team
    An aggressive & mature personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
    Candidate must have account management, presentation, probing, strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex sales situations
