Job Description

Ensure delivery of sustainable revenue growth by meeting or exceeding seasonal and annual sales targets within Indonesia, through the provision of effective and efficient business strategy and infrastructure.
experience in managing key regional accounts.
Understanding of design, development, production and distribution time frames.
Significant knowledge and experience of systems and procedures relating to sales planning and reporting, merchandise planning and category management.
Strong understanding of financial and margin principles.

Key Skill

An intimate knowledge of the retail landscape, preferably in the youth and surf/lifestyle segment.
Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to coach and lead people, and develop a strong team culture.
