Job Description

Establish sales objectives for Ceenik Exports brand by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories product wise by directly working with retailers and suppliers.
Generate inquiries & achieve order booking targets for Washing unit of garment industry for wet as well as dry washing.
Plan quarterly promotional activities and sales programs to achieve desired target.
Grow sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Analyze sales and marketing data and make relevant reports for management.
Candidate should identify potential opportunities within client base & relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume.
To meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets on quarterly basis.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone/ emails.
Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations.
Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts.
Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Should be a Graduate from any discipline.
    Minimum 5 years experience in Sales of Garment Manufacturing industry is essential especially for Washing Department.
    Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
    Should be fluent in English or Hindi, writing and speaking.
    Demonstrable experience of technical sales and/or business development working in a matrix sales environment.
    Demonstrable ability to build trusting relationships and conduct business with cultural sensitivity.
    Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to create new opportunities through effective interaction and solution development.
    Pro-active communicator natural sharer of information and collaborator across teams.
    Should have strong customer orientation.
    Commercially knowledgeable intuitive about the market and quick to deliver relevant end user/customer feedback to the concerned team.
    High level of personal integrity, commitment to hard work and working in an open collaborative manner.
