Job Description

Provide technical support for correct application of Zydex printing & dyeing products
Explore new areas and identify opportunities for business development by working with different players in the business eco system.
Handle customer complaints in allocated area & travel to outstation customers as per requirement
Answer phone calls, emails and letters and provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner
Document CRM requirement regularly
