Job Description

Develop pricing and merchandising strategy to meet sales target.
Costing finalization of the product with the costing department.
Face of buyer in the company, solely responsible for communication with buyer on technical terms and pre-production sample approval of the garments
Handover the complete file of the final order to production in coordination with KAM
Preparation of BOM & product specification
Arranging for garment accessories
Provide daily update on production schedules / TNA (time and action plan) to KAM
Maintain accurate stock of accessories if required
Prepare samples and perform sample testing and reporting.
Assist in developing merchandising ideas for business growth based on industry trends, market analysis and competitor markets.
Identify and resolve merchandising, purchase order and production issues in a timely fashion
Working on production lead time in coordination with PPC and Production head
