Job Description

Achievement of production, productivity & Utilization as per target.
To work on Value Added product for increasing EBIDTA
Check all quality issues and different types of wastages
Support subordinates to achieve targeted OEE of operations and OTIF%
Training to shift officers to enhance the skill & competencies.
Using scientific tools to analyze the variation from the target.
To execute best production work practice and SOP of textile and their compliance
To lead department for Best Performance & Successor development
Responsible for retention & presence of team members.
Ensure that Operators receive the necessary information and training to enable them for performing their duties in a safe and competent manner.
Handling of SAP and ERP System to maintain process records
