Man power allocation To maintain quality round report and take quality round twice in a shiftWeft requirement To maintain false Selvage (fabric wastage) follow up and record.To maintain monthly loomwise wastage recordTo maintain log indicator and loom setup card.To maintain shift log bookTo check every first meter after knotting or gaiting and send sample to labTo maintain knotting & gaiting entries in ERP.To match the sample with old sample cutting before sending to labTo check the loom setting on loom as per loom setup card and to maintain loom setup record.To check and maintain the piece doffing register.To monitor the speed of running loom and to increase or decrease the speed as per quality during knotting or gaitingTo attend the fabric as per lab report.To check the warping programme as per yarn requirement.To prepare production and efficiency report on ERP system.To prepare and maintain daily beam stock.To prepare WIP report monthly.To prepare spares issue slipTo prepare report as per senior instructionsTo update reed and heald frame stock.To keep records of new programme.To maintain Internal attendance of workersTo maintain workers skill matrix and training.If any supervisor is on leave then to follow the Supervisor's JD
