Job Description
• Managing day to day work of 1-5 clients• Collection of required documents from clients’/sales team and opening their accounts on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.• Understand client’s product category and prepare product information sheet (PIS) as per the category.• Listing of client’s product on registered marketplaces.• Process orders from all marketplaces.• Update listing information, prices, inventory on all marketplaces as and when required.• Maintain data in a structured manner.• Prepare client’s sales, return, account health reports.• Resolving all client’s queries.• Train and assist sellers to provide information wherever required.• Good to have: HTML knowledge
