Job Description

Provide techno commercial support for Zydex textiles division for dyeing & printing products; covering region for Surat, Vapi & Tarapur
Needs to conduct shop floor trials on regular basis as per business/customer requirements
Coordination for customer queries textile printing and dyeing at customer place, as well as at Zydex R & D Lab
Provide problem analysis and resolve client issues pertaining products handled covering region for Surat, Vapi & Tarapur
Ensure call standards are maintained with respect to greetings, problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion
Achieve the sales targets as per business plan approved by top management for assigned territory.
Search and explore new areas and business units for business development. To engage in competitor mapping and conduct comparative analysis on techno commercial basis.
Answer phone calls, emails and letters and provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
Documentation with CRM updating needs to be done on regular intervals.
Extensive travelling is required in each city / market from base location on regular basis to give reasonable time to each city / market in assigned territory
