Job Description

Handling drafting, vetting and negotiation of the various international commercial contracts such as loan & amp
Security agreement, indemnity bond, escrow agreement as well as various service level agreement.
Dealing and advising on the routine issues pertaining to the manufacturing industry.
Drafting and vetting of international as well domestic agreements such as distribution agreement, agency agreement, agreement termination notice, lease deed and similar documents pertaining to the manufacturing sector.
Handling contract management process to make better visibility of important contractual clauses among the internal stakeholders.
Managing day to day work flow, preparation for weekly reporting metrics, and other metrics as per requirement.
Analyzing contracts on various aspects and provide value add in order to bridge between legal to business.
Providing inputs to the retail division on certain mandatory legal compliance with respect to the intellectual property rights.
Provide legal support concerning all aspects of business and statutory law with particular emphasis on regulatory compliance, commercial contracting, licenses and transactions.
