Designing of Allowances, Benefits & Compensation Structure simplification, keeping in mind various statutory compliance.Cost impact analysis during compensation & benefits policy formation or proposing changes in existing structure. Manage compensation benchmarking, design salary ranges and salary structure systems.Supporting change management in HR system and led to the automation of all possible processes on the workday whilst ensure policy guidelines are designed and incorporated in the system for payments and signoffManaging performance management process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system.Steering initiatives for identifying high potential, high performing talent within the organization, while providing accelerated developmental work assignments and learning opportunities Strategy formulation, Engagement and Grievance handling.Liaised with Functional heads & Business heads to understand business needs, plan initiatives to cater them and implement in time bound manner.Proactive approach to ensure dispute free and healthy work environment.Devising and implementing strategies to control the attrition of staff.Liaison with Govt. authorities.
