Job Description

Meet annual target set as mutually agreed
Follow up for orders with dealers network on a day to day basis
Submit visit plan on weekly basis to coo and execute planned visits either alone or with the dealer’s person
Gain profound knowledge of products and promote them to our dealer fraternity and our customers
Submit market intelligence on regular basis which will include information about new customers, existing customers profile, competition activities, competition pricing, movement of technician from one unit to another unit etc
Carry out bulk trials wherever necessary followed by vigorous follow up for orders
Submit weekly report, visit report and trial reports immediately after visits / trials are carried out
Establish a regular reporting system with coo and help smooth functioning of the office.
Help the dealers in selling as well as collecting from the end customers.
Other duties related with sales & marketing assigned to you from time to time
Handling distributors & dealers, b2b sales in the area
Have to maintain relations with distributors and dealers for timely order placement and delivery
Handling existing dealers along with generating new counters from the market by making cold calls
Preparing daily field activity MIS report
Developing business plans and sales strategies monthly and weekly that ensures attainment of your sales target
Prepare plan of action on daily basis in coordination with reporting manager
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
Timely disbursement & acknowledgement of schemes/offers to distributors and dealers to maximize sales in the area
Provide daily feedback to senior management for performance check through MIS report
Achieve sales targets in time
Monthly updation of primary and secondary sales report of distributors and dealers
Taking care of timely order placement and billing and payment collection from distributor & dealers / key customer

Eligibility Criteria

B. Tech textile chemistry or B.Sc. in chemistry or M. Tech textile chemistry or Diploma in textile chemistry with relevant experience of 1 to 6 years
Freshers are also welcome
Candidate should be ready for extensive travel in the allotted territory
Candidate should have ability to technically master the product and its applications
Candidate should have ability to interact with the customer at many levels like (A) On the shop floor with the technicians, plant operators and production manager (B) In the office, with the purchase department or quality assurance department
Candidate should be able to convince the customer on both technical and commercial matters
Candidate should have good communications and analytical skill and should be result oriented
